The Brink is 2 hours of non-stop action packed adventure, full of high octane thrills and spills that will leave you begging for more!!!!....
...ok so that's a bit of a lie, but it got your attention didn't it? That's what we try and strive ourselves to achieve at The Brink, to grab your attention. And by your we're not just refering to you as a person, but you as a listener. Although you can be a person and a listener, but that's not the point. We want you as a listener to be connected with us and feel part of the show like we are your family. Think we're getting too soppy now? Hmm...yeah i think we might be...ok...i spose we better move on to the show introduction...
Fronted by the ever controversial, ever sexual, ever flamboyant Ben Waterworth, the former Olympic Athlete, Olympic medalist and International superstar is joined by old friend and former co-host Joshua Shoobridge, who strives to live up to Ben's celebrity status but often fails. The dynamic duo arent just the hosts with the mosts, they are the guys who everyone wants to try.
For too long the city of Hobart has missed out. It has been simply a place that event holders and organisers simply glance over briefly whilst staring at a map organising their event. Well not for much longer. Because we, the people of Hobart, have had enough. And everyone here at The Brink feels the pain. We feel the pain more than most. For we have taken on the role for the city and citizens of Hobart to change this. We have taken on the role of magnet (or whatever other term you wanna use) to attract the events to our beloved city and put us on the map as a must go destination for internation events!
And we're not just talking about concerts, art festivals and cultrual extravaganzas either...no no no. At The Brink we set ourselves the ultimate aim. To get the biggest show on earth in to our own backyards. No it's not Nikki Webster live in concert, It's the OLYMPIC GAMES! We have our sights set on bringing the games back to Australia in our beautiful city in the year 2020. Sounds impossible? We don't think so!
