OPEN FOR 2008 APPLICATIONS NOW!
The BritBus Tour is dedicated to promoting emerging British talent through its annual competitions, tours, live showcases, and educational programmes.
The BritBus has been sponsored by some of the following companies and organisations: Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Megastore, Bass Ale, BBC America, Boddingtons, Land Rover, Visit Britain and Gibson Guitars.

In 2008 we are making some major changes: we are going GLOBAL!
In 2008, BritBus proposes to tour the following countries:
* UK
* USA
* Japan
* China
* Australia
* Germany
And you now have the opportunity to take part in one of these tours…
Starting in 2008 we intend to open up the opportunity to take part in a BritBus tour to unsigned bands with their own MySpace page through a series of showcase events around the country. Details of how to apply, the selection process and qualification criteria are explained on the blog above or, click here.
All Terrain Music Rights Limited (ATMR), our exclusive Management Partners and a UK based entertainment company, will be organising the selection process.
Successful applicants will receive the opportunity to go on at least one BritBus Tour. In addition to international touring, the successful applicants will receive a management contract with ATMR.
ATMR provides its roster of artists with:
* Financial investment, through phased development
* Music management
* Marketing and Promotion
* Production
* Distribution - both digital and physical
ATMR provides a new and dynamic approach to artist management.
The Application Process for the 2008 BritBus Tours
The application process is open to every unsigned *BRITISH* Band/Artist (all applicants (and band members) MUST be 18 or over as at 1 January 2008) and every genre of music - and of course, it's FREE.
Simply complete all the fields below and hit 'add me to the mailing list'. Please note, MySpace will send a warning notice that you are being re-directed to another site; this is perfectly normal. Please read our blog for further details on the application process. You will need to confirm you have read this when submitting your details.
Closing date for applications is 1st December 2007.
But Don’t Despair…there will be other opportunities to take part in BritBus events.
If you (or any member of your band) are under 18 on 1 January 2008 or if you are unable to complete your MySpace page in time, you will be considered for 2009 Tours and other BritBus events. Details of the terms and conditions for consideration for any future tours or events will be posted on the site.
The Application process for the 1st round of regional showcasing to enter the BritBus 2008 Tours is now closed. Any applications received after the 1st December 2008 may however be considered for 2009 Tours and other BritBus events.
