The Broken West is featured on "Rockville CA" - a new series from TheWB.com. They are in the episode "Into Me" and there's exclusive footage of their live performance. It's awesome!
I'm surprised you guys didn't blog about your Rockville CA appearance! I just came across it, you guys are so charming, also I would think Bob Seger's 'Turn the Page' would be a more appropriate road song, but what do I know?
Sorry Leah and I didn't make it to the Picador on the 13th. What with having moved to Des Moines and having a baby, we've more trouble getting to Iowa City than just rain. I tried to talk Leah into going with one of her friends while I stay home with the little one, but she just wasn't up to the drive :(
So excited for your performance on that new show "Rockville CA." The premier is this Tuesday 3/17 on TheWB.com - can't wait. Everybody watch and support Anya Marina! More info here:
I am SO excited that you guys are coming to Des Moines this time around! I will only have to travel a few miles to see you ;) I would still love to hear you play "Hale Sunrise" again.
Gah... nevermind. My husband said you were playing, he read it online... either you can't trust your husband, or you can't trust what you read online. Unfortunately, with a newborn, I won't be able to travel this time.
Hey, I have a hilarious photo from the Kidrockers that you need to check out... can't add to your comment so check it out in my photos. I think you will like it. Take it ez, D
