About me:
This is a TRIBUTE to the greatest Oi! band ever!
The Business began in 1979 in Lewisham South London. The original line-up included Mickey Fitz, Martin Smith, Nick Cunningham, and Steve Kent. The Business released their debut single in 1981 "Harry May", the original line-up disbanded soon after its release.
Mickey Fitz re-formed the Business enlisting Steve Whale, Mark Brennen, and Kev Boyce. The Business recorded the EP " Smash the Discos" in 1982. The single spent 6 weeks on the indie charts. The Businesses released their debut album "Suburban Rebels" in May of 1983. In 1984 they released the LP "Loud Proud and Punk" with a new drummer Mickey Fairbarn.
The band were off and on again throughout the 80's but returned it 1994 to release "Keep The Faith" with the lineup of Mickey Fitz , Steve Whale ,Lol Proctor , and Mickey Fairbairn. In 2003 The business relaesed a new album "Hardcore Holligan" with the line-up Micky Fitz ,Steve Whale ,Bones , and Ray Dust .
