The Cabdrivers are 4 to 6 piece rock band from Columbus, OH. It started in 2005 when musician, Brett Helling, decided that he no longer wanted to work a full-time job and would instead set up a studio in his Victorian Village duplex. After some nice words of encouragement from everyone who heard the music(except for his neighbors who said he couldn't keep a beat, but that's okay because I told them I never claimed to be a drummer anyway) the next step was to then to form a band.
The Cabdrivers have been playing shows in Columbus since summer '06 and everyone claps after their songs. You should come out and do the same. This one guy was making a 'WOOING' kind of noise once. Don't do that because it's distracting.
we here at the lost revival are playing a show this tuesday night (9/29at skully's with jupiter one (currently on tour w/ regina spektor) and andy shaw band. good time guaranteed.
hey just wanted to let you know that i will be playing at dick den this friday feb. 6th with my trio (matt paetsch and jack knuetilla) 10-2. it should be a great show and it will be our last in town for a while so come on out and bring a friend.
just wanted to let you know i have two shows coming up with my trio. the first is this friday (11/14) at the thirsty ear with miss molly. we are on first at 9:30 untill around 11:00 so get there early. if you cant make that we will be at dicks den on friday, nov. 21st 10-2. hope to see you out.
This one kid I know was supposed to bring me a CD of the band...I don't know what happened, but I never got it. Soo, can you put some new/different tunes on your page so I can add them to my ipod lineup with the others? It would be greatly appreciated.
