Matt was the lead singer and guitarist until he left Pacific Coast. He's the brother of Jenny Garrison. Most importantly, he was the founder of the band. Some of his best songs include "Love Is Not Like This", "If You Only Knew", and the theme song itself. Matt had a girlfriend named Randi Jo for a little while, and when Jenny moved out, he and his family hosted Samantha, a foreign exchange student, for a year. Known by some as the nice guy, Matt was the one who'd constantly be working on new songs for the band, and even had a piano in his room."OH MAAAAN!"
Jenny was the keyboardist and singer for the Dreams. Sister of Matt Garrison, she too was a musical prodigy, who's hits include "This Time", "Castles on Quicksand" and "If You Only Knew" a duet she sang with her brother Matt.
Jake Summers, Lead Guitarist and Singer, Played by Jay Anthony Franke. Jake joined the band and at first appeared to be this ruthless rebel with a bad rep. As the years went by, we all began to notice that he began to take over as the leader, came up with some great songs, and had a heart of gold as well. He also hooked up with Tiffani, a surprise to many, but proved to pass the test of time.
Tony Wicks, Drummer and Singer, Played by William James Jones. Known to be overdramatic, Tony is truly an entertainer. "Now how about we head on down to Missy Woo's for a sasperella?"
Mark Winkle, Singer and Guitarist/Drummer/Keyboardist, Played by Aaron Jackson. Mark came in as a replacement for Matt, and is the shy member of the group. However, he made up for his introverted personality with his ability to play multiple instruments, and his singing. HI HO SILVER, AND AWAY!!!
Sly Winkle, Manager, Played by Michael Cade. Sly is viewed by his fellow peers as selfish, and always wanting to be the center of attention. We all remember how Sly dropped the amp for a nickel, putting Tony in the hospital. However his humor and his great job as manager are what makes him a good person. He also hooked up with Lorena, in what turned out to be a very fitting couple. BA BOOM!!!
Tiffani Smith, Bass Guitarist and Singer, Played by Kelly Packard. Tiffani is known as the nice girl who surfs. She hooked up with Jake, which made an odd pair, yet it seemed to work. "Illegal as in, Warden, can I have more mush?"
Samantha Woo, Singer and Keyboardist, Played by Jennie Kwan. Jennie is the foreign exchange student from Hong Kong. She's a very extroverted girl who can just go on and on, yet she has an amazing voice and is humorous as well. "But Hondas are from Japan, so you couldn't possibly be talking about me!"
Lorena Costa, Friend and later Co-Manager, Played by Diana Uribe. Lorena is the rich girl who houses Samantha the foreign exchange student. At first she is just a friend of the band, but later she becomes Co-Manager with Sly. Also, she and Sly hook up after she finds out that he is her secret admirer who's been sending her love poems and teddies.

This band's history goes far beyond words. Led by lead singer and guitarist Jake Summers (Jay Franke), the California Dreams are a rock band, who frequently play gigs at Sharky's, a local hangout for all Pacific Coast residents. The gang have been friends since freshmen year in highschool at PCH, and bandmembers have changed as well. Jenny Garrison (Heidi Lenhart) left Pacific Coast to study in Rome, and Matt Garrison (Brent Gore) left when the Garrisons moved away.
