Hey guys, come back and make another album, you were so fucking incredible, one of the most underrated bands of the last 20 years. And your b sides were simply amazing, I honestly can´t understand how songs like "boomerang", "joke of the week" or "aeroplane" were left as b sides.
Today's the day then...The Zodiac closes for it's summer makeover, and we've only got one show left there...The long since sold out "End Of An Era Party" with 8 local bands old and new, DJs, fancy dress..the whole lot!
Doors are at 7pm, and the following are the approximate stage times for tonight's event...
Upstairs THE RELATIONSHIPS 7.40 - 8.10 THE NUBILES 8.25 - 8.55 DUSTBALL 9.10 - 9.40 CANDYSKINS 10.00 - 11.00
It takes 2.5 seconds to do and your vote really will make a difference.
If you can, please ask anyone you know to do likewise…(we will love you forever if so)
Also if you could post something about Murdoch on the forum then that would be even better (in return we will enter you into a draw to win a cheese scone and bag of Haribo – gasp, rock n roll) !
If we get through as one of the finalists then we promise to throw the best chez Murdoch summer party yet for which you will be invited (hyper-ventilated gasp).
Hi, thanks for your comment. I will keep an eye open for a zodiac show! Would love to see you live!
You say you have no DVD out but is there anywhere I can see any promo videos for your singles?
One thing that bothered me in the late 90s.. why the hell did Somewhere Under London get dropped off the Radio1 list, its magic! A lost classic! No justice is there?!
Hey guys, I remember seeing you at the Shelter in Detroit, I think it was back in 1998 and you kicked ass then as im sure your still doing today. I couldn't believe my ear a few months ago when I heard Feed It on t.v, it came a day after I had just been telling my friend about you. 1998 has been to long, come back!!!
Thanks for the add!
You know I nearly snapped my neck spinning so fast around one day when all of a sudden I hear "Feed It" and it's on during a Lays commercial! Wow...congrats are in order I suppose. So Congrats!
I too saw The Candyskins in Arizona when they were promoting "Space I'm In". Been a loyal devotee ever since. Very few days go by when I do not listen to the sounds of the 'skins. Any word on a Nick Cope solo project? How about a rarities CD with a few new tracks!?
Best,
Gus
