Once upon the seas, there was an old captain who kept as a pet the most noble of beasts; a small, wide-faced, yellow-eyed fox that he had found drifting in a lifeboat, hundreds of miles from the nearest port. The fox had taken an immediate liking to the captain, and was, in time, fitted with a leather collar and a silver collar-tag, upon which was engraved "FOX" (all capitals). Sometimes, when the captain was beginning to fall asleep, he would perceive a faint whistling melody which seemed to be transmitting from the fox's large ears, moving out into the room in a mass of slowly-moving rocks, wheels and ropes. The captain would dream that the fox was telling him stories and singing him songs, describing the many delights and curiosities of his young fox life. He dreamed that the fox had run through the forests of many continents. And this was true, though the captain never knew it for certain. The fox had indeed done this...

A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
