The Caspian Restaurant was established in 1982 in the city of Irvine, California, near its present location in Heritage Square retail complex. They specialize in serving a fare amount of Persian food, that has become popular to the lunch and dinner crowd. It occupys a 10,000 square-foot facility with a 400-seat capacity featuring the finest in Persian cuisine.
