About THE CAVENDISH ARMS

The Cavendish Arms is a hidden gem only 6 mins walk from Stockwell tube. The pub was taken over in October 08 by Shirley-jane and refurbished in the style of a cosy front room with comfy leather chesterfields, an open fire and the smell of the delicious Pieminister pies available reminding you of home cooking. Along with the refurbishment to the pub area, The Ballroom music venue was created. The glamorous and intimate venue is reminiscent of an old theatre with beautiful atmospheric lighting setting the scene before the huge glitter ball starts up throwing dazzling light around the gold walls & black and white chequered dance floor. The Cavendish also boasts a large beer garden with vibrant plant displays and two large awnings with heaters. So whether you are looking for a fantastic night of entertainment or just somewhere to enjoy a well kept beer or real ale in a cosy pub or pretty beer garden, with friendly staff, comfy sofas, pies and pitta platters, The Cavendish Arms is the perfect venue to suit your needs.

As ever, between the bands we’ll be playing a mix of new and classic electro tunage with plenty more after the last band has come off stage to keep you dancing and drinking until late. It all happens at our beautiful Ballroom venue at The Cavendish Arms in Stockwell, South London! It’s only £5 with a flyer (print one off of our page if you haven’t got one already) – turn up early as the first band is on at 8pm sharp.

It's going to be a fantastic night and rumour has it that The Vanity Clause are giving away a FREE four track CD to everyone (I should probably add "while stocks last" or something...!). If you've been to Synthetic you know it'll be fun, if you've not been before then there are treats in store at our beautiful Ballroom venue at The Cavendish Arms in Stockwell, South London!
