Georgetown. Seattle. 2007. In a small, worn down shack next to Boeing Air Field the members of this Seattle- based rock band first met as mortal enemies, then as poker mates, then as myspace friends. One night, after a long and drunken discussion about the best scene in "Team America," BC picked up his guitar and wailed a mighty ballad of the toss and turns of young love. After his impassioned performance, a hand was pounded against the table, the glasses falling to the ground, someone yelled "To the recording studio!" and everyone cheered and embraced and then passed out. In the early afternoon it was decided that a band was to be formed and rock history was going to be attempted. After working feverishly and releasing their explosive debut the Celebrity Orphans began gigging endlessly throughout the Pacific Northwest, connecting to the Children of the Rain. As they experimented, as they tried and failed, new material boiled to the surface and they knew... they knew they had to go back to the studio...
