Getting Started All Over Again Is a Drag. For more insight why read my blog "What keeps me from creating music like I want to Pain!"
New song up "Drowning In The Desert" Hope you like it.
The Video is a alternate mix sounds a little different doing some fine tuning.
The is also a version done in a wide screen format and a few changes to the video loads real fast. This is another tweak remix. So the song on the player and the 2 videos are three different mixes.
New update:
Just purchased a new birch drum set from H.B. Drums. Sweet Midnight series Stealth Black with double bass drum. I would have bought DW or PDP, but I couldn't afford the sets. For what I got I got a deal. I put Evans EC2's on all the drums on the PDP I put the EC2 reverse dot wow what a snap. On the bass drums i put the EMAD2's which blow me away. I put Samson microphones on the whole set sound awesome. I did buy 3 B-Band UKKO's to capture a broader sound that the Samson alone couldn't capture. I have my bass drums tuned so low the lug nuts are barely tightened. So I added a B-Band UKKO bass and snare. I took the Samson snare microphone and placed in out of phase on the bottom of the snare what a huge improvement. I still use the Samson bass microphones on the front out port. With the UKKO-B and the Samson Kick-B sound unreal. I have recorded with the new set up and I can't believe the sound. I'll hopefully have another few songs to get rid of the old real soon. With vocals, bass, and synths. So I might not pump out th songs as fast as others, but I try and try.
I also posted a blog of writing over the last 26 some odd years.
The older songs are very raw and unmixed and uncut.
"Blind Love" Guitar used Ovation acoustic electric. Drums Ludwig Rocker, and just me.
The same with "Sunny Days" and "The Funk" I used the Ovation.
I know it might sound like two guitars, but it's only one. No dubbing.
"Cold Steel Gate" I used a Classical guitar with steel strings instead on nylon.
With a old pro series Casio. Wish I still had the vintage little sucker.
This is just the beginning.
I had to stop working on music a little while back due to my neck.
Lost most of all my music goodies.
So I have try to get them back so I can do what I love to do is music.
I'm set to finish off what I started when I was 14.
Also most of the song aren't to old, except the last one.
