a five piece hailing from Sheffield, have speedily gained a fierce reputation as one of the city’s finest live bands. They export their own unique brand of uncompromising rock ‘n’ roll, strewn with blues licks laced with heavy drums. They certainly ain’t a band for the faint hearted.
In the last year their live exploits have seen them cross paths with bands as diverse as The Pigeon Detectives, Ocean Colour Scene, and The Checks.
2008 promises to be a huge year for the band, with a string of UK dates and new recordings in the offing.

The Bon Bon Club are Sushi Quatro (bass, vox), Thirsty Moore (drums,vox) and Chapatti Smith (perc, vox), although Sushi and Thirsty are better known under different names for their day job as the rhythm section of Sheffield glam-popsters The Long Blondes.
