I was fortunate enough to attend the best cooking school in the world...The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Since graduating many years ago,I have travelled the world extensively, fine tuning my skills while connecting with some of the world's most accomplished Chefs. My culinary journey has been nothing short of spectacular!!
Thailand, Jamaica, United States, Europe and so many other places...I love what I do!
I even started my own company ..The Chef Group.
Over the years though I knew I could do more to help "Chef wannabes/weekend culinarians" etc. So I have decided to start my own My Space page because most of my time has been spent in the kitchen over the past few years and now I want to bring my talents and experiences to culinary enthusiasts...people who have a zeal...a passion...a deep desire to learn more about cooking and the culinary arts but just have not had access to chefs and their knowledge. But then I thought about it some more and said..."Hey...why not offer this forum to anyone with an interest in cooking?"
So....here I go! Come and talk to me... Foodies...Unite! (Ha Ha) Let's have some fun! Share ideas, share talents, share recipes.

Who I'd like to meet: I have been fortunate in my life to meet a few people in my field ! Julia Childs, Michael Smith, Wolfe Gang Puck ! I still would love to sit down and have a conversation with other Star Chef's out there ie. Curtis Stone, Emeril Lagasse, Martha Stewart, Charlie Trotter! I did have a chance in my life to possibly be the Chef for Cher but am very happy to be where I am today making my own decisions in life and doing what I want to do!
