>"Jul & the Chrome Wheels" band is a variety of Rock/ blues/country/reggae and more. "We like to give everyone in an audience a little bit of what they might want to hear". The soulfull voice of "Jul" combined with the truely professional sounds of the whole band make this band an AWSOME experience that no one should miss! The Chrome Wheels have been playing all around Central Tx for 5 years at fine places such as The Oasis, The Peir , Carlos n Charlies, North by Northwest Brewery, Baby A's and many other fine establishments. Recently , the Chrome Wheels graced the stage for the third year running at Travis County Expo Center for R.O.T Rally 2009 for thousands of motorcycle lovers. The Chrome Wheels band has appeared on Fox News for an early morning performance, and has been on local PACT tv many times through the last couple of years on Time Warner Cable channel 10 in Austin. Our first CD is in the mix-down process and is soon to be released. It is a "LIVE" performance at the OASIS on Lake Travis. We felt that our true essence is best captured in a "live" atmosphere and wanted our first release to be something we all could be proud of. With the help of David Wells of "SONIC VIBE SOUND" we recorded our September performance at the Oasis. Jul & the Chrome Wheels are sure to be seen climbing to the top of the ranks of TRUELY GREAT BANDS in Central Texas!!

Another former Delcastle Alumni Rob Deluca (class of 80) currently plays bass for Sebastian Bach and UFO and is on tour in Europe. Maybe we should've taken music as our 'shop' back then :)
