This is a site to remember the band "The Circus". This site is for the amazing fans we've had. Thank you so much for your support at our shows! We love you all.
Heres a copy of our old bio. Maybe one of the other members can edit it.

In January 2006, The Circus released their first self-produced full length CD. The Central Jersey indie band that formed in August 2004 has been influenced by The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Cursive, The Blood Brothers, The Beatles, The Decemberists, Brand New, Radiohead, and The Faint. Their sound can described as experimental indie rock with catchy guitar riffs and upbeat dance synthesizer harmonies that will stick in your head for days.
In May 2005, while piecing together thoughts for their album and trying to build a loyal fan base, The Circus landed a spot on the 2005 Bamboozle Festival in Asbury Park, NJ.
The single on this self produced CD is "Hush Baby"
The Circus has shared the stage with Trophy Scars, Blackoutskies, The Years Gone By, Someday Never (All Records), A love like Pi, Cowalker, Adelphi, Tokyo Rose (SideCho Records), Valencia, Learning Takes a Lifetime, The Inoutinout, Lux Courageous, I Am The Pilot, Chasing Monroe, Lucked Out, Red lights, In Harms Way, The Miracle of You, A lost Moment, Folly (Triple Crown Records), and Fight Paris (Trustkill Recods)
Venues we've played at: The Stone Pony, The Globe (PA), Chubby's bar & Night Club, Prince of Peace, Hamilton Street Cafe, Moon Shadow Cafe, Cornerstone Cafe, and Starland Ballroom.
They have a very unique stage performance. Spontaneous and energetic, The Circus captivates every audience they play for. Unlike some professional bands that practice to perfect their set to be identical with their albums, The Circus is apt to improvise new material while incorporating their original song structures.
