Anyone Under 18 can come along to an Overload event. Tickets are priced at £5 and are available from The Citadel Box Office; either in person, by telephone on 01744 735436, or by visiting The Citadel web site at www.citadel.org.uk
Any bands or individuals wishing to perform at Overload should contact The Citadel directly by e-mail; info@citadel.org.uk or by telephoning the box office on the above number. Any request to perform made by comment or message through this site cannot be answered directly. They will be passed on to the programmer, but replies to requests made this way may take longer than if made directly through The Citadel.

OverLoad was established in 2002 at The Citadel Arts Centre, and it has continued to get bigger and better as the years have flown by.
OverLoad was one of the first Under 18's nights to be established in the area, covering all genre's of music and encouraging the talent of local young musicians.
Situated in the centre of St Helens town centre, The Citadel develops its own artistic performance programme covering a variety of art forms, education/outreach work, and community projects.
Providing a wide spectrum of performing and visual arts activities; live theatre, comedy, dance, fine art, family friendly events, in addition to the renowned music programme.
The Citadel has a long established reputation and was voted by The Independent as one of the top 10 jazz and blues venues in the UK.
Just a quick note from everyone at Overload to ask that you make arrangements for you being dropped off/picked up from The Citadel.
While we take responsibility for your safety during the gig we have been made aware of incidents which have taken place before and after, which many of you may be aware of after October.
We are doing all we can and we have asked St Helens Police for their support on this matter, but we also need cooperation for you guys! It's not much to ask to make sure you'r safe, and we can all rest easy!
