These games, that used to be this page, used to go to full screen when you start them. Though I keep up with the current games I especially like the ones I played these particular games at arcades in the late 70's and the eighties. I played games on atari, commodore and the original nintendo system when they came out. I also played pong on a vax. I played hangman against the computer with no screen only a teletype printer. These days I play PC games mostly as I currently do. A lot of people overlook the fact that any game that is played on a game system was written on someone's computer. The size of memory allocation and command functions are growing each year and the day is coming where we can play all games on our PC's without having to dedicate it to only gaming. So Three cheers to Pong and the great games tedeously written by programmers and computer techs over the years. Never forget how to play, have fun or make a friend.
The following Games have been removed due to a page theft having profiles redirected if you had the Super Mario Game. I also removed Pac Man Frogger & Asteroids since I got the code from the same source. I have notified the sourc whose page was also being redirected when you goot to their games section. I will find a safer method of putting games on the page and let every one know once I do. I apologize for any problems. I will place secure games on my other site and let you know when I get around to it.

Movies
If you cannot see the slide show below then you can visit my movie page at http://debraford123.googlepages.com/movies It would be nice if the things I put on this profile just stayed in working order
I find it very irratating that someone thinks it's cute to keep editing my code from RockYou. It doesn't get messed up in the other places where I put the code, so, I know it is intentional mischeif by someone who really needs to get a hobby
Ferrofluid is a very interesting material originally developed by NASA it has now found itself been used for a whole range of devices including dampers for controlling and stabilizing large building that move around in the wind. Whats also amazing is that they have such lovely visual qualities when magnetized.
Matrix all of them, X-Men of course, Harry Potter, Dune the old one, Comedies and action. NOTHING bloody on a big screen. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (is good in three different languages), Martial Arts or Kung Fu Movies,

Books
Yep, I read books.
My favorite book is The Prophet by Khalil Gibran.
The most read book I have is My Bible, I've worn out 2 and am on my third copy. The most I have read the Bible cover to cover was 3 times in one year. And no, I do not skip the "Begats" section. There are many portions that are retold and people tend to skip those sections. However, in these annoying repeats, there is much background information that is not directly stated elsewhere. And something new is told in each of these sections that so many people skip that would just make much of the controversial bickering stop if they only slowed down to read the sections that never get quoted.
The most impressionable book I ever read was Pragmatism by William James. I have had to defend my right to be a pragmatist ever since. No. I do not discuss pragmatism per say. For it is the right to free yourself from the very classification that it is. It is the acknowledgment that there are more than two choices. It gives freedom to define oneself as adaptable if one decides they must define themselves. I read it in 1977 at the age of 16. The book did not change me. What it did was give me a sense of belonging, in knowing that I wasn't the only one that knew you didn't have to be either a optimist or a pessimist. The book only lent me the words to help me say things I felt I always knew.
Heroes
Honest folk. People who would ask a person what they need before telling them what they should want. People who actually do things for people without planning what they can get those people to do for them in the future for doing things you never asked them to do in the first place.
My Parents. My oldest sister.
About me: The current background is stored at flickr. It is an inverted colors (negative) of a drawing I did using Gel Inks in a sketchbook. I mirrored the image and spliced it using the simplest graphics program I have which is MSPaint for Windows. Even though I have some sophisticated graphics programs, I want those who don't have money to send experimenting with graphics programs to know that they probably already have a program that can do quite a lot on their computers already. Sure if you never did it before it might take a little work, but you will be surprised to find out that there is a bit of artist in all of us. Later this year I will show some of the fancier graphics applications done with other programs.
The old background image was an approved X Men Page Graphic that I got from MYSPACE.

Greetings and salutations,
My best friend Mark Williams (a.k.a.) Admiral Kirk needs your vote to win a Star Trek: TOS Captain's Chair in the final round of the Roddenberry. com's 2008 Member of the Year contest. Mark and I "Gary (a.k.a.) Mr. Spock" are best known for our "Kirk And Spock" shows that we put on at conventions. The 2008 STARBASE INDY convention on Thanksgiving weekend featured us as part of their main entertainment. We had performed "Spock's Brain". I hope that we can get the video of our performance on YouTube in the near future. Another great reason to vote for Mark is that I only live a few miles from his house! After all, I have been and always shall be his friend.
My profile now has vast amounts of Star Trek information about joining the official Starfleet Command. Just click on any of the banners "pictures" and they will take you directly to that link. It's that easy with no copying and pasting. If you are 21 or older you might consider joining Barfleet which is the wild party side of the Star Trek clubs. There are 4 places to click on to get an application to join the Official Starfleet Command: my blog contains an application or click on any of the three pictures of ( big circle with Starfleet Command logo), ( Starfleet Command Uncle Sam) or (tricorder with applications next to it). They will bring up a PDF file. Just copy it, fill it out and mail it in. I also have many Star Trek conventions listed. Again, just click on the banner (picture) and it will take you to that site. This is a video with my fellow crew member of the USS Endeavour. It shows us at different events. I'm in it at several points and if you watch closely, you'll see me portraying Data next to a Vulcan who is now our ship's captain.
P.S. I would be forever grateful if you would add me to your top friends list.
Live long and prosper! CDR Gary Barclay Chief Security Officer USS Endeavour & First Officer Starbase 06
♥ HAPPY BIRTHDAY ♥ Party like a rock star :) because I love you so much, and it's your birthday send me an email to curiouslovesyou@gmail.com with your favorite song of mine, and I'll email you an MP3 of that song!! Wishing you the best year yet!
Pong. Now that's old school! Frank Black does a great song called "Pong" from Teenager of the Year. Anyway, hope all's treating you well in 2007. That ferrofluid stuff is pretty darn cool. Reminds me of Hans Jenny, the founder of cymatics.
Peace,
Doug
