Our Arabica varieties have about half the caffeine of Robustas. Great coffee, processed from ripe coffee fruit, lacks that sharp note that may come from cheaper coffee using less-than-ripe beans. Our method of small batch roasting eliminates excess smoke and removes most of the chaff from the beans before it has a chance to burn; so what you taste is pure coffee, not burned chaff and smoke.
