   About Color Factory
Formed circa 1988/89, the Color Factory were fuelled by the simplistic pop power of the Ramones but with the explosive high energy performance of the Clash. We somehow managed to do over a 100 gigs, occassionally playing with kindred scenesters Senseless Things & Mega City Four.. as well as the Pogues!!? and our teenage favourites - The Dickies. Somehow we imploded late 1991, just as things seemed to be taking off and before the world woke up to the likes of Green Day et all. Nonetheless, ..good times, great memories and much fun had by all!!!!

You may beable to find BRAVE NOISE and BURNING IN WATER on one CD, every song is amazing a bit like the RUTS in places, honestly you won't be disappointed. Their main dude Kenny Chambers also played a bit with a band called BULLET LAVOLTA who were brilliant too. I'll check the Eastern Dark. How about NEW RACE a live album with Ron Ashton of The Stooges called THE FIRST AND THE LAST, the best live album I've ever heard.

Hi Lads,

It's great to hear from you after all these years, and thanks for the addy.

As you'd expect we're having a spiffing time over here in Japan. Nagoya next, then Okayama and Osaka still to come. It's like we've never been away!
