About me:
Comedyland is a weekly stand up comedy showcase hosted every Tuesday @ 9pm by Stacia Jensen and Colin Dempsey at the Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden in Astoria , Queens NY (29-19 24th Avenue www.bohemianhall.com) . That’s right, the famous Beer Garden!!! Comedyland features some of the best comics from around North America (a different lineup every week). Past performers include rising comics in the alt. scene as well as comics seen on Comedy Central, David Letterman, and Montreal ’s Just For Laughs Festival. Wow, this description is quite professional. We're fun, too....we promise or your money back! Did we mention the most magical part: it’s FREE. Totally FREE! And as an added bonus, you might get a change to check out one of Comedyland's regular features such as Bad Poetry Corner. Magical, indeed!!
