    Income tax is not legal because it would be a direct tax and it is not apportioned as the constitution demands

    i told my job to put me as exept like im gonna file em myself at the end of the year so i get all my money except of course Social Security (socalism tax), and i do pay the state income tax but only cuz id rather fight the feds than the State i been in California prison system enough if i go back id at least like to graduate to the FEDERAL Prison i hear they got pool tables and the guards are respectful and dont tear up your house every time they dont get laid. ; p
