With vocalist/guitarist Pat “Pooch” DiPuccio, drummer Mark Francis White, bassist Miggs Di Leva and guitarist Sandip Dasgupta, THE CONDORS have built a reputation for delivering high-energy rock & roll.
Pooch, of FLIPSIDE FANZINE fame, and formerly in L.A.'s legendary band, Blow-Up, has several solo releases and movie soundtracks to his credit. Miggs, Mark, and Sandip contribute energy and strong backing vocals, making them great additions to the band. A combination of instrumental prowess and tough, gritty vocals give THE CONDORS a dynamic live sound.
The band has followed up their critically-acclaimed debut CD, TALES OF DRUNKENNESS AND CRUELTY (Vital Gesture Records), with their new release, WAIT FOR IT on Rankoutsider Records, again produced and engineered by Steve Refling (Fuzztones, Davie Allan and The Arrows).
WAIT FOR IT has been receiving excellent airplay and press all over the United States, as well as in Europe and South America. The track “Set Me on Fire” is featured in Rich Riedel film, TARGET PRACTICE, currently making the independent film festival circuit.
THE CONDORS have also contributed a live cut to THE ORANGE SPOT SESSIONS volume 3 (Orange Peel Records), placed studio tracks on INTERNATIONAL POP OVERTHROW compilations volumes 7 and 8 (Not Lame Records), have a song on WXXE's THIS IS ROCK 'N ROLL RADIO volume 2 CD (JAM Records), and are included in the 442eme RUE GLAMARAMA compilation out of France
