Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome Alpha Dahlia, ( formerly The CoStars, there name, and sound changed, due to the name "CoStars" already being taken by several other bands.)
Terrianne O'Rourke, ( a musician of many different bands for over20 years.) She was born and raised in Detroit Michigan, then moved to the West in 1992. Starting two years in Seattle, then 5 years in Hollywood, where she was in a band called Heavy Liquid. HL consisted of 3 friends since high School in Michigan, ( Danny Bordan, Andre Comeau, and Mike Riley.) Her then finance' Steve Frothingham recorded them, and filled in on drums. She's an improvisational artist, who's in 4 bands including Alpha Dahlia at this time. Mickey Fuchs, and Sassy O' formed "Gossamer" in 2003, with their two friends, but when time, and drive broke up "Gossamer," they moved on to a two piece, and called it "The CoStars." They got kissed by luck soon after, when there good friend, Joe Pettit Jr. (The Wave Generator,) was asked if he could come over to "Planet CoStar," and play music. This became a strong, and heavy three piece, but then another kiss came from a good friend, Shaun "The Viking" Notdurft, when he told them; "Love your music, but there's one thing missing, ME!" Soon after the band was incredibly hypnotic! The four are almost three years old, with only live recordings from all over Oregon thus far. However, they are recording at Sprout City this June, to present there first CD release. Alpha Dahlia is an awesome outfit! They can be a blast from the past, with a rocket to the future!! They put on a live show you will NEVER forget!!! Check the calendar for there next gig!!! Prepare for balls out Rock-n-Roll with a skirt on!!!!!
