About The Cousin Touchers

Playing the Rochester, NY scene since 2005, The Cousin Touchers are a devoted jam band in the truest sense. Both originals and covers are presented to the audience, who wind through the harmonic twists and turns with the band, often times being taken on musical strolls that diverge dramatically from the conceptual structure with which the song was arranged. The Cousin Touchers sound has been described as raw and organic, and represents a return to simpler orchestrations without the heavy use of processed or effected tones in favour of the quintessential rock quartet sound (guitar, bass, keys and drums). The Cousin Touchers are fortunate to have some of the very best fans consistently supporting and feeding the music, and as such, things only keep improving.
