the Coustics(Liam Mckenzie & NickCorcoran) are an electric/acoustic band, with influences that range across all the great singer songwriters & bands.
This year sees the release of their debut album "Long Story Short".
With the ability to blend haunting melodies with close vocal harmonies, the Coustics sound forms an intoxicating cocktail of emotional, edgy & biographical lyrics.Having two lead vocalist's and songwriters adds a diverse edge to their sound.
Making "Long Story Short" has been an epic, inspiring journey.Produced by Gwyn Mathias(Libertines,Sex Pistols) at Londons Odessa Studios and featuring a multitude of musician talents including pedal steel legend B.J Cole(Elton John,REM,Richard Ashcroft),top keyboard player Kwame Yeboah(Craig David,Ms Dynamite)& on drums Jose Joyette(Stevie Wonder)to name but a few of the exceptionally gifted players.
