From the outset you will notice something refreshingly different from this Perth band. Whereas most music filtering out of Perth these days is either happy acoustics or mainstream rock / pop, The Creptter Children really bring something else with Possessed.
Combining a unique blend of driven guitar, backed by some awesome electronica and rounded off nicely with female vocals. Possessed doesn't fail to satisfy.
Well crafted from start to finish, with stand out tracks such as, Picking On Me, I Live and In My Dreams, The Creptter Children -Possessed - is a must have for anyone who loves music with an edge.

Okay, get this into your heads. Combine 'Teardrop' by Massive Attack, 'Closer' by Nine Inch Nails, 'Bleed Like Me' by Garbage and a little bit of 'Strict Machine' by Goldfrapp. That's the best way I can think of summing up The Creppter Children- hypnotizing, disturbing, incredibly sexy. You know when you're listening to music like that, and it's practically assaulting you?? Like you can feel the guitar in your spine, and the vocals give you chills and you've got gooseflesh?? It doesn't happen very often, but it happened when I listened to 'High'. Do it, groupie minions!
Comprised of Iballa Chantelle on vocals and guitar and N8OR on backing vocals, guitar, and drum machines/synth programming, they describe themselves as 'mentally disturbed'...isn't it strange how all the cool kids are screwed in the head these days??? They came together in 2005, and worked with producer/engineer John Villani, who has a hell of an impressive resume, and with him, worked on their first industry demo. Together, they produced some mad tunes, and I'm not ashamed to admit that after listening to their songs on their profile, I have the biggest chick crush on Iballa Chantelle.

The story of The Creptter Children begins in late 2005, Perth Australia.
Introduced to each other by a mutual friend at a metal show, Iballa and N8OR discussed their love for electronic music and how they both would like to create a mixture of the Electro, Pop, Rock, Goth genres. Immediately they hit it off and formed The Creptter Children.
With a stage performance and sound that they are renown for, The Creptter Children audiences are treated to a non-stop, high energy and vibrant show that has been described as “spectacular and fresh”.
Influenced by artists such as Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Nirvana, Dr. Dre, Michael Jackson, Prince, Britney Spears, Jack Off Jill and Lil’ Jon The Creptter Children have always found inspiration to find new and exciting ways to mix sounds from different genres to create their unique sound of Pop/ Rock/Electro/Goth.

• Opening for The Deathstars 27th Sept. At The Swan Basement.
• Playing at Charity Rock Fest 21st Nov. at The Swan Basement.
• The Creptter Children have secured the opening slot along side Phil Emmanuel at the Budgie 2009 Australian Tour on 12th Nov. Performing at The Flyby Nightclub Fremantle.
• Official CD launch of The Creptter Children’s ‘Possessed’ E.P. will also be held at The Flyby Nightclub on 10th Oct.
2008
• Their songs ‘High’ and ‘I Live’ appeared on Rachael Wegener’s short film titled ‘Vamphyri’ This film as part of a Flinders University Film/Acting programme.
2007
• Performed at the Grand Opening for Medusa’s Lair Beauty Salon at The Paddington Ale House.
• Performed along side WAMI Award winning band Schvendes for The Sea Shepherd Benefit show at The Railway Hotel.
2006
• Recorded their first Demo cd with renowned Sound Engineer/Producer John Villani. The cd titled “…to disappear unforgotten.” contained the tracks ‘ High’, ‘I Live’ and ‘Addicted To Sex’.
Independently released and sold at Mills Records in Fremantle and at The Creptter Children Shows.

Hey guys, great show at the weekend, congratulations. Haven't taken the CD out of the stereo or stopped playing it on my iPod yet. There are 163 new Creptter Children photos up from Saturday, there for all to see. Killed my battery. Some really cool pics. I put logos on a couple that people can use as desktop wall papers but I will be playing round on Photoshop and trying to create some good stuff.

Thanks a lot for the add ! EletriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check EletriKa out!
