Born of a proud lineage of convicts, bushrangers, stowaways and scoundrels The Currency form a six-piece orchestra parading traditional folk instruments alongside a firecracker punk rhythm section. Fiddle, mandolin, acoustic and electric guitar play a mix of jigs, sea shanties, oz rock and punk anthems that keep the crowd dancing like wild dingoes.
Our gig at the Social Club on Friday 12th March is a bit more special than most; it’ll be Becc and Ben's last show with the band. We hope you’ll be there to help us send them off with a bang.
The poster is nice, indeed. Not unlike the launch one only with the part about the fine retail outlets where one can purchase your recording.... and the picture is from the top of the CD cover. Wow, look whose keeping tabs!

Your album just came in the mail today guys, I'm looking forward to listening to it. I noticed that Gates of Hell and Victoria Rose are on it. Lachlan Tigers is gone :( - Oh well, I have it as an MP3, but if I manage to get your EP that would be great.
