The Curtin Bandroom is the latest addition to Melbourne’s live music scene, a newly refurbished live music venue that enables patrons unrestricted views of the large stage lit up by 12 brand new DMX controlled LED PAR cans and powered by a state of art HK Long Throw PA System.
Located at the city end of Lygon St Carlton, The Curtin is a short walk from Swanston and Russels Sts and is easily accessible by public transport. Secure overnight gear lockup and private dressing rooms are also available.
The Curtin's Kitchen is fantastic, with $8 bar meals, chef specials and P.O.W's (Pie, Parma
and Pasta of the week) there's an option for all and starts the day/night out perfectly.
It's an old school bistro with the serverary fronting the kitchen.
Overall The Curtin is a great place to have a drink, feel and or bring the
rock! but above all have a top time.

From La Trobe St:
Take the number 30 or the Free City Circle Tram towards Spring St, Exit at Russell St, Head Left, Cross Victoria St into Lygon St and 100metres on your left's the Curtin.
From the Northern Suburbs:
Take tram 86 along Smith St or 96 along Nicholson st, exit at the Corner of Nicholson and Victoria Sts, turn right and walk 5mins down Victoria St to Lygon St, Right into Lygon St 100m on your left's the Curtin.
Car:
Melways reference 2B F11 - Street parking is available and there is pay/secure parking available on Victoria St a short distance from the Venue.
