Jelle, Samy and Owen, together : ”The Curvy Cuties Fanclub” a new band founded in Ghent that bring you straight forward bluesrock. These 16 and 17 year old schoolboys only needed 3 months and one demo to win the prestigious pop and rock contest “De Beloften” in September 2008.
Winning this contest is giving them a lot of opportunities: national promotion, gigs in bars clubs and summer festivals all over Belgium (please check their calendar on regular bases)
The Curvy Cuties Fanclub already had the honour to play as support act for bands such as Dirty Pretty Things (December 2009, Muziekodroom Hasselt Belgium) and The Buzzcocks (February 2009, Minnemeers / Democrazy Ghent Belgium) They are also selected with 9 other Belgium upcoming bands for Cera Rockt. This means that their song Blood Red Shoes will appear on a compilation CD to be released in autumn 2009.
