Formed late 2007, The Cutlers of Cornwall are not a Wurzel tribute band, yes some of the songs are Wurzel Classics. But first and foremost, the Cutlers roots are deeply embedded in Cornish Music and humour. hence you will hear Little Lize, lamorna, White rose and many others, this has been flavoured further by the bands own music which reflects the light hearted, and the tragedy that is Cornwall,
The Cutlers of Cornwall "Behind Bars" is the bands second CD following hard on the heels of "Christmas with the Cutlers" All CD's can be purchased at www.hobbyclub.co.uk then follow the Cutlers links. soon the band will have its own dedicated website that will be found at www.thecutlers.org.uk
The band has built its own studio at St Day, Cornwall. and has created its own record label "Kelkio" (It is Cornish for circles) that will promote the band, and any other Cornish based Bands that need a helping hand. for a consideration of course.

Hello, thanks for being a friend. This Foto was taken not far from you this September. It was 15 miles north of Poole/Dorset in the middle of nowhere. All the best from Braunschweig...Peter
Hi Folks, that would be fine, if you like to send us the lyrics and harmonies of "Trelawney". It sounds, as if that might be a song for our repertoire ;-) Musical greetings in MAJ and min from Germany, the CC's

"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff
