About me:
WHAT IS THE DAHL?
The Dahl Arts Center is a non-profit community arts center located in downtown Rapid City, SD.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE DAHL?

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH CONSTRUCION GOING ON NEXT TO THE DAHL?
We are currently undergoing an exciting expansion - our building is essentially tripiling in size! The expanded Dahl will have a 250-seat event center, more galleries and a children's interactive gallery, and much more!
IS THE DAHL OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION?
We are currently located in the newly remodeled addition to the Dahl, called the Dahl Education Complex, on the corner of Kansas City & 7th Street. Come see the exhibits in our new Bruce H. Lien Cultural Cafe & Gallery, which is free and open to the public, Mon - Fri 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturdays 12pm - 5pm.
While we are waiting for the expansion construction to be done, please note that many of our events and exhibits are held at alternative locations such as the Journey Museum. The fully expanded Dahl will be finished in autumn of 2008.
