The Damsons blend the eclectic influences of a really quite odd group of people into a seamless soul/funk/pop mash-up. Christena's hauntingly beautiful vocals are complimented by Sam's shimmering keyboards, driven along by the engine-room of Ant and Tom's Funk Powerhouse.
The Damsons exploit their wildly different influences by crafting genre-defying songs that take wildly disparate styles and force them to play nicely together.

We are playing at the Live Aid Concert in Thurlton on the 1st July. Check up coming shows for details. Come and check us out and all the other local talent. It costs £5 to get in. The concert is running from 1pm to around 6pm. All proceeds from the gate receipts are going to help with the crisis in Darfur.
