We are a unique and exciting blend of bagpipes, guitars - acoustic, electric and bass, occasional vocals and a range of different sized and pitched drums. We play a mix of music such as traditional pipe tunes, including some of our own compositions and also a few covers, namely Scissor Sisters - Take Your Mama Out and Paolo Nutini - New Shoes.
Formed in 2001, The Dangleberries have performed at various events and enjoyed a great reception at one and all. None more so than The Wickerman Festival at which we have performed every year since its beginning in 2002. In 2006, we were invited to play at the Tartan Hearts Festival, Belladrum, nr Inverness, and we have been invited back every year since.
The Dangleberries deliver a high energy, melodic performance with drum beats to stir the soul.
To view us performing some of our tunes, go to either You Tube or www.thedangleberries.com
