The Dark Villager has been producing original music for about 20 years. He studied music technology at Kinsgton Uni, completed in 1992. He produces all his own work from home. His work is released through CD baby to all major online stores as CD or MP3 and also has his own independent 'sole agent' label releasing direct through itunes. He has produced three full albums and an E.P. over the last two years alone. Disconnected was released in March 2009. System has just been released - June 2009. His music is getting international radio play, podcasts, highly positive music mag features and web reviews. He produced a special mix of 'today' for the recent charity compilation release 'philanthropy' via tennant-lowe.com - Pet Shop Boys forum. He is currently working on new projects as well as some interesting collaborations. As well as DV projects and music production, he works as a full time international music teacher. He is from Eastrea, Cambs, UK.

"The Blue Violin" is an inspiring piece, ant. Beautiful, sweet, and with a touch of sadness. I can definitely see it as the theme song for an epic historic romance. Hi ant, I heard back from cdBaby regarding my review of "System"; they're having some technical issues, but said that it should post soon. Not up yet though :-( Their customer service is excellent and the website is well worth a visit. I've been playing your music to death over here on this dark, dreary rainy day.
