A demo CD is in the pipe line. Various titles have been thrown in the air but not many have come down. We have 3 possible titles at the moment and these are: "The audiance did..nt know what was happening, neither did the band", "Genuine unrehearsed classics, Oi a-cappella" and "Have you ever had the feeling?. If you have any comments on any of these 3 possible titles for our coming cd please feel free to drop us a line.....
Movies
Plans are in progress to do a mini documentary about the struggle of "The Darn Rustlers". Rare footage is being gathered at the present time and everything possible is being done to get this up and running.....

We..ve had requests to appear on various TV shows but at the present time nothing has been confirmed.....
Books
The ups and downs of "The Darn Rustlers". Was originally released in very limited numbers but after the success of Wasted 2006 in Blackpool it is now rumoured that an updated pressing could be released in the near future.....

Formed a while back one saturday afternoon in The Golden Lion pub in South Bermondsey, London "The Darn Rustlers" have never looked back. Originally started by Millwall fans Sir Jim, Laird Gel and Master Russ "The Darn Rustlers" were then joined by Chelsea boy Squire Karl to add another dimension to this very unique group. This completed the line up they were looking for and as time went by "The Darn Rustlers" started a new sound in the world of StreetPunk. This was to be called "Genuine Unrehearsed Classics, Oi a-cappella", never seen before. Various others have tried to copy our concept but all have failed. Live music has always been a passion of "The Darn Rustlers" and live music they are. The live unrehearsed feel of "The Darn Rustlers" is there for all to see and hear. "The Darn Rustlers" are a band that never mimes live. The reason for this is that our live sets are never the same: You could see us one night then the next night would be totally different. Every song performed will never be repeated in the same way again, this we believe is one of our strenghs and long may it continue. This is one reason "The Darn Rustlers" never appeared on the now terminated Top Of The Pops. The simple fact is that the BBC wanted us to mime and rehearse before the show. These are two areas in which "The Darn Rustlers" will never compromise, we are who we are and that is that. The resluted in a conflict with the frigid BBC. "The Darn Rustlers" have appeared with various degrees of success on a few foriegn television channels. At first they did..nt understand what "The Darn Rustlers" were all about, as we did..nt either we all seemed to get on well.....
Wasted Punk Festival 2006 in Blackpool was not to be missed. This was one of "The Darn Rustlers" greatest moments to date. After years of support from Terry, Treatment & T-28 etc etc, "The Darn Rustlers" finally made it onto the stage all groups dream of, Wasted. All the bust ups with the BBC were soon forgotton. With special guests Steve from The Crack, Arthur K and Wasteds very own Jennie the audiance were stunned by "The Darn Rustlers" performance. They had never seen anything like it. This performance at Wasted has finally opened the world to us. A few gigs in Australia sadly had to be cancelled because one of "The Darn Rustlers" had to have his tonsils out, but we hope to go back there in the near future. A few new gigs are being planned for the near future. These will of course be publicised on "The Darn Rustlers" MySpace, keep a look out.....
Our live set includes such classics as: I fought the law, Where are they now, Billy don..t be a hero, England, Crazy horses, Shang a lang etc etc. We are currently adding a few more songs before our next gigs and of course these will be totally unrehearsed to keep that live feeling live.
