The Death Of Me creates their sound by intermixing Classic Electro / Industrial, 80's New Wave, and 90's Garage Rock, all with a Modern Rock and "current" feel.
The Death Of Me live performances are a hemorrhage of pure emotion. Right out of the box this band is committed to sharing a raw an intimate look into what drives them and makes their music what it is, the energy doesn't stop until the last note.
When asked why the new project was recently started TDOM's bassist, explains " Charles and I have been doing electro type stuff together off and on for a long time. Our goal with this project was to try and tie the hypnotic pulse of Dance / New Wave music and the guitar dominating feel of Rock N' Roll together. Some of our songs are for the dance floor, and others are for busting out your air guitar."
The Death Of Me can provoke a sterile, ridged and abandoned feeling in some moments, and the purest of honesty, and raw emotion in others. The balance is incomparable. Quickly building a buzz on the streets of New York City's Lower East Side, and Central New Jersey... The Death Of Me is an experience not to be missed!
