Over thirty years ago two friends from Memphis Tennessee decided to match their faith in Christ with their love of Blues-soaked rock and roll and a legendary band was born. Credited as one of the early innovators of the Christian rock genre, the band ground away in the underground through the 1970s and then emerged as one of the biggest names in the growing CCM field in the 1980s. Musically ranging from synth pop to arena rock and then back to the blues rock of their roots, the band cranked out hit after hit all through that decade and well into the 1990s.
A more detailed history of the band is coming soon, along with photos, songs, video clips and more.

Eddie and Dana, thanks for the add. I really appreciate it. I have been a huge fan of yours since the late 70's and lately, more than ever, your music has inspired me: particulary, "Activate," "Casual Christian," "I'm Accepted," "Boycott Hell," "Never Look Back," and "Rest of My Life." Please know, that all these years later, your music is still inspiring and ministering to many of us.
Hey guys! Just wanted to say again, how great it was to see you in Nashville last month. We had a blast at the Dove Awards after party. Have you booked the studio time at "Ardent" to start recording the new album yet? :) Talk to you soon!...Stephen Matthews
