The Delphines rocked and had a great time, the best fans a band could ever want, and made some cool unique sounds that were their distinct brand of glitter-blues and glam-roots rock. The group disbanded in 2002 in the wake of guitarist KV having a baby and bassist/vocalist Dominique moving on to the promising venture of her new group Drag. The girls had gone thru more drummer line-up changes than most people do in a lifetime, and 7 years of consistent and non-stop gigging, writing, recording, always ever hopeful that they would get the breaks to land them in front of a well deserved bigger audience. Sometimes, well it's just time to move on. Kathy and Dominique remain close and recently played together for the first time in 5 years at SXSW '07 when Kathy sat in with Drag. This MySpace page is a tribute to their years together as the Delphines.
