three egyptian-american emcees from cleveland, ohio with a tendency to keep it extra-real and break it down when it needs to be broke, the desert crew has been reppin for almost a decade. with a 6-song EP aimed mostly at establishing a real arab-american hip hop sound, and a full-length LP designed mostly to keep it real while showcasing the group's wide range of styles safely behind them, look for the desert crew in 2007 to maintain the "just for fun" mentality while returning to their revolutionary roots and blessing some of seif al-din's finest beats.
