The Devil's Conspiracy are a "Progressive Alternative Punk Rock" trio from Portsmouth formed in late 2007. With their collective angst and ballsy focus, the band smash great holes in space but still manage to impart good quantities of light and shade into the otherwise full-on onslaught. They sit astride several genres and therefore offer up to punters of numerous musical persuasions. (Taken from toxicpete.co.uk review).
2008 saw the band play countless gigs across the south including gigs in London & Brighton to support the release of their Debut Demo E.P "Blacklistdead" as well as singing to End of the trail Records to release a single. The band being a three peice are forced to strip down their music live which gives it a rawer edge, making their shows more intense.
In February 2009 the band went on a 6 date UK tour to support their first single "Live or Lie" which is available on all major download sites such as itunes & is available on CD single.
The band have now played some of the UKs best uprising & accomplished venues such as Underground Live (Ashton under lynne), The Hope & Anchor (London), The Talking Heads (Southampton), The Joiners (Southampton), Club Quatroz (Essex) as well as a packed single launch gig at The Eastney Cellars in Portsmouth. Next the band plan to release a full length album, a Documentary about their story so far and hit the road again for a 2 week tour in 2010 with their "Unique Brand of Alternative Punk"-Good Blades Music Journalists.
