The Devils Rejects came about when a few guys and ladies got together to remake a folk band 'bus tours from hell' and wanted to add a punk edge giving the music a bit more balls. There has been a sucsessful restart and A load of cracking gigs so far and The Band are looking to expand into new terretories in the near future. a favorite venue was the Queens Hotel in Weymouth currently, due to the guys there just making it an awesome gig, shame about the people who run it ruining the music for everyone, do they actualy know what they are doing?. closey akin bands are such as the Dropkick Murphys and flogging molly awesome stuff. next gig have fun maybe even crack some skulls................ we like that!
RECORDING----Weve just this week started recording our first album...'The Shape Of Things To Come'....12 new all original songs, recorded by the legend that is Gareth.it should be out in the next few months...we'll keep you updated as and when things progress.

Breast Cancer Charity Gig: calling Dorset musicians and entertainers

Restless Natives http://www.myspace.com/restlessnativesindorset are involved in running this Dorset gig on August Bank Holiday.
We have already booked a large marquee for the event and there will be a maximum audience of 200. Admission details for 200 lucky people to follow but it will be by making a donation to the Breast Cancer charity.
Food and refreshments will be available most of the day and overnight camping is a strong possibility.
Essential portaloos are booked.
The plan is to start at 1pm and finish by midnight.
I am very hopeful of securing at least one well known named act.
I'm looking for 8 to 10 acts. If any local band or entertainer wishes to help out (or you know someone who might) please get in touch with me.

Hey Rejects!! Just to let you know, we spoke to Anna and she said just bring a demo with you next time you are around and she will see if she can sort you dates! Its ideal really with the summer coming up, its wicked to play down there! We are playing there May 26th if your interested!
