This translates in the childs brain that you cant be happy without material goods. We are a retail society. It is YOU, the consumer, fulfilling the agenda of the television. YOU are the ones who see an infomercial, and run out to buy a useless peice of "essential kitchen equipment" that you'll use 3 times, and then toss. YOU are the ones who run out to buy the new britney/christina/(insert random gangta rapper here) album because the TV says its cool. you make me sick. THink for yourself for once in your fucking life.
