Are you an indie musician or up-and-coming comedian? Want a live, multi-camera video with high-quality audio to promote yourself?
Live 2.0 is a community of Indie musicians and comedians who are interested in taking their individual cottage industries and forming an Indie village. Live 2.0 is of Indies, for Indies.
DCT began running Live 2.0 as a virtual festival since the end of 2007 to find great artists to shoot at our ongoing live events in NYC. We have been literally bombarded with phenomenal submissions from artists all over the world. Through this process, we have discovered that Live 2.0 must be available to bands, musicians, and comedians everywhere as an online community.
Thanks to our partnership with AmericanMusical.com and our coalition of sponsors, we will be offering periodic, merit-based gear giveaways to artists who sign up for our Live 2.0 community at digitalcafetour.com/livehomeinfo.htm
Now, in conjunction with DCT's premium YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.com/digitalcafetour - we're inviting all musicians and comedians to join DCT's Live 2.0 YouTube Community and post videos of their live performances for potential selection for a DCT Concerts or DCT Comedy shoot! Show us - and the world - what you got, and you just might end up in front of our cameras!
To be considered for a video shoot, we ask you for three things:
