Dario Argento's collaborators come together to create this subtle mix of horror, thriller and drama.
THE DIRT, centers on a haunted married photographer, (Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni, star of OPERA, MOTHER OF TEARS, DEMONS 2 and many more) and her all-consuming wish to have a child. She bears many secrets but not as many as the mysterious plant that dwells in her house.
The film is directed by Simona and Claudio Simonetti (legendary musician of GOBLIN fame) who also composed and performed the score. THE DIRT also features special makeup effects, courtesy of Italian FX icon Sergio Stivaletti.
