The Dirty Mac Blues Band is a child of the Boston area jam scene. Early in 2006 Matt and Bob met Johnny at the Jam Spot and started playing together. In December 2006 Johnny brought in "Dirty" Terry Mackie on vocals. Lorraine joined up in October of 2007 after being spotted by Matt and Bob at the Johnny D's Sunday Blues Jam, and the band was complete. The DMBB takes pride in having a repertoire of mostly original songs. Early in 2008, the band hopes to get in a studio and record.
