Corty✄MacShorty	Jun 11 2009 6:38 PM haha. yeah, that night when i left ian by himself, i got home and counted 14 mosquito bites. and i don't think i've even been to Melrose. if i have been, i don't even remember it.. i always remember just going by that bridge and going back home. who knows. i'm not a fan of fishing, but i've had a crazy craving to go canoeing. i love canoeing. and it's been so long. ian apparently has a canoe without paddles, so we were going to invest in some and go one day, but it never happened because Hobby Lobby likes to ruin my life and had called me in to work on that day. they have a habit of calling me into work when i make plans. it's why i usually don't answer my phone when they call.

Corty✄MacShorty	Jun 10 2009 5:03 PM Alll those pictures were taken in our old apartment, right after I had gotten my laptop back. The beauty of a Mac: Photobooth. Probably the most fun 2 people can have on a bum day. It sounds dumb, but it's so ridiculously fun. And as far as the bridge, no, it is indeed not that bridge. This was by Melrose. Funny fishing story... Ok, it's really not funny, I just wanted to share. So, I haven't been fishing since I was like 13 and that was only because I was required to for school. I hate fishing. A lot. I get no pleasure out of doing it. Well, Ian loves fishing, and he not-to-long-ago got his fishing license cuz he decided one day that he was gonna buy a SHIT TON of fishing stuff and start fishing again. Well, I went with him on like the first day he went out, and I was bored out of my mind. I don't have a license so the most Ian would let me do was hold his pole (that's what she said). So I kinda just sat there. And sat there. And never went with him again. Except for like a week ago or something when it was like 9:15pm or something and he said he wanted to go fishing for half an hour. He asked if I wanted to go with. I'm like, sure, half an hour won't kill me. So then he was fishing, and 10:30 roles around and I'm like, what happened to the half an hour? And of course he denies saying that. So I took my car and left him there :) HaHa! It was fine, he can walk back to our apartment building from there, but it was still funny. What was really funny, was that he came home like 10 minutes after I left him cuz he said he got scared because he kept hearing things. Ha. Gotta love him.

Corty✄MacShorty	May 29 2009 3:20 AM haha. it's really more odd than lame. cuz i can't say i've ever heard of someone doing that... but go for it! haha. ian was kind of mad that we drove all that way and only ended up eating at mcdonalds. we once took a trip to Waukon, Iowa just to eat at a restaurant he found online. it ended up being like the best mexican food i've ever had. and then we forgot our doggy box there. it was a sad, sad day... haha.
Corty✄MacShorty	May 28 2009 8:02 AM ...you don't know what safety patrol is? .... i'll save that for another time. me and ian just returned from a roadtrip to missouri. yes, that's right. missouri. it's like 3 and my brain is not fully functioning. we did, however, only visit like 10 miles worth of missouri, cuz we got to this creeper town called Canton, and we decided to leave when we saw a little church-like building, a bunch of cars outside, with a sign in front saying "Heaven's Gate, Hell's Flames". we were kinda scared. and then we went back to iowa, ate at mcdonalds and made our way home.
