Been reading... Mediated by Thomas Zengotita, Neil Postman, John Zerzan, James Lovelock, Kafka, Milton, Shantaram... especially Joseph Campbell - i just think he's a genius... Derrick Jensen... but to be honest, all of that ends up making me depressed and write music... so the rest of the time, i just read anything and everything that allows me to make money without 'working'... speculation, gambling... etc... but that's another story...

It's been a while since we've been on Myspace. There's now the bare bones of a Dog Days album - long time coming indeed - and you can hear the whole thing and even download it at Last FM... it seems to be getting a few plays there. If we get enough plays and positive feedback we'll get it produced and properly released - well that's the plan anyhow. Let it roll baby roll as Morrison once sang...

Hey! Hope you are doing good. I wanted to let you know about a show i'm doing in London on Sunday, June 1st. I'm touring with Tommy Allsup. He played guitar with Buddy Holly, and is the guy playing on songs like "Heartbeat", "It's So Easy", etc, etc.....he is 76 and still going strong. He is a character. Anyway, i would love to see you at the show. I think as a fellow musician that you will really appreciate seeing Tommy play, and listening to his stories! He is THE guy that flipped the coin with Ritchie Valens. If you want to see Tommy in action....check out my blog. There is a video from last week in Nashville from the studio.
