With the combined winnings of Moles Battle of The Bands in 2004 and the Porter Cellar Bar's Battle of the Musos 2004, The Doubtful Guest recorded their debut album 'Volume Two' to the delight of the hundreds of dedicated fans who have already bought it.
Since then they have gigged extensively, playing at the Glastonbury Festival for the last three years running and the Trowbridge Pump Folk Festival twice as well as multiple appearances at other large festivals and venues across the country.
Along the way they've picked up support slots with such diverse acts as Kimya Dawson, The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Patricia Vonne, and most recently Josh Ritter and his band.
