The Drains are a Nottingham based band formed by five friends, Phil Booth, Rich Fitzmaurice, Declan Greaney, Robert 'Turtle' Lord and Jack cross. Phil, Turtle and Jack had previously played together and then joined with Rich and Dec in 2006 to make the current line up of the band and in many people's opinion, the best line up so far. The band are currently gigging all over the Nottinghamshire area and in the process of recording their first album in the newly founded Sky-light studios.
The band have made numerous high profile appearances including local radio broadcasts, performances at Rock City and more recently at Hard Rock Cafe.
